Friday, June 16, 6-7:30pm or 8-9:30pm

Join us at the Garden inside the glass-encased Dickinson Family Education Conservatory for a special evening of cacao and sound healing.

The event will begin with a heart-opening ceremony with Communion Cacao, a single-origin cacao sourced direct from the shores of Lake Atitlán, Guatemala.  We will then transition into a multidimensional sound journey intended to melt away the clutter of the thinking mind, drop you deeper into your heart space and ease you into a blissful state of meditation.  During this offering you will enjoy the sound medicine of the violin, crystal and tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, drums and other tools surrounded by plant life (including cacao).

Please bring a yoga mat and dress for warmth and comfort. Eye pillow or mask, cushion, blanket and any other items to maximize coziness recommended. Water suggested to stay hydrated.

In order to promote sustainability, we will have two options for mugs. If you would like a hand-crafted ceremonial mug as a vessel to sit with sacred intention and take home with you, they will be available for purchase. **If you do not intend to purchase a mug at the garden, please bring your own cup or mug for cacao.**

Cost: Members $40, non-members $45.

Class format: In-person, indoors
