Start your winter season with a serene sound healing.
Sound bowls ring, are you listening? In the Conservatory, plant life is flourishing… Soothed by the tranquil sounds of crystal singing bowls and gongs, start your winter season with inner harmony and balance.
Immerse yourself in a one-hour sound bath led by San Diego–based master sound healer Jazmine Amelia, together with nine seasoned practitioners from My Sound Bath Collective, her global network of certified sound healing and ceremony leaders.
Participant Information
Please bring your own yoga mat, pillows, and/or blankets for comfort. We suggest a pillow for under your knees, blankets as padding under your body/to cover your body, and a pillow for under your head.
Late admission is not allowed, in order to protect the integrity of this peaceful event. Please plan accordingly to arrive 15-30 minutes before the show begins.
