Start your winter season with a serene sound healing.
Sound bowls ring, are you listening? In the Conservatory, plant life is flourishing… Soothed by the tranquil sounds of crystal singing bowls and gongs, start your winter season with inner harmony and balance.
Join this 1-hour sound healing experience guided by Jazmine Amelia, a San Diego-based master Sound Bath Practitioner and teacher/mentor, and the graduates of My Sound Bath Academy, a global collective of Sound Healers who have completed Jazmine Amelia’s in-depth training rooted in both ancient sound traditions and modern healing practices.
Participant Information
Please bring your own yoga mat, pillows, and/or blankets for comfort. We suggest a pillow for under your knees, blankets as padding under your body/to cover your body, and a pillow for under your head.
Late admission is not allowed, in order to protect the integrity of this peaceful event. Please plan accordingly to arrive 15-30 minutes before the show begins.
