Thursday, April 16, 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.

Recenter yourself with calming aromatherapy in a botanical paradise. Experience and learn the power of calming guided meditation with relaxing aromatic herbs. As you sit and breathe fresh outdoor air in a beautiful botanic landscape, you will learn how to meditate with guidance from Indigenous cultural and spiritual practices. Whether you’re new to meditation or a very experienced practitioner, you will leave feeling refreshed and restored. Take this calming energy wherever you go by making your own personal medicine pouch with dried herbs!
