SAPLinGS Steward

Functions:
This fun role works with our SAPLinGS program, offering crafts and learning activities in the Hamilton Children’s Garden. Learn more about SAPLinGS here. Duties include: Set up the activity stations, assist children and caregivers with activities, and breakdown the stations at the end of your shift.

Knowledge or Training Required:
Previous experience working with children and family audiences, desired but not required. SAPLinGS is drop-in, not drop-off! Children are always supervised by their caregivers.

Competencies:
Work both independently and with other volunteers. Able to engage with program guests, such as children and/or caregivers. Basic safety compliance
