Celebrate beautiful summer evenings with extended hours, live music, and the return of Summer Nights! Set in the heart of our lush, blooming Garden, this concert series brings a diverse lineup of outdoor performances to the Gazebo Lawn. New this year are themed nights – from boot-stompin’ Country Night to the groovy vibes of 70s Night, each concert is a lively celebration of music and nature. Bring a picnic blanket, grab a drink, and unwind with live music on the Lawn as the sun sets.

Ticket Pricing

Ticket pricing includes after hours admission to the Garden and access to concerts. 

Members: $5

Adult – $18

Youth (3-17) – $10 

Child (under 3): Free

A bar will be available with craft beer, wine, non-alcoholic drinks, and light snacks. You’re also welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages.

Tickets / Reservations

I am an SDBG Member, is there a fee for me to attend Summer Nights?

Thank you for being a Member! Member pricing is $5 for Summer Nights. Tickets include after hours admission and access to evening concerts on the Gazebo Lawn.  

Do I have to reserve tickets in advance?

We recommend that guests make advance reservations online for your visit (including Members and children).

Can I use a Guest Ticket?

Guest Tickets, reciprocal members, and Accompanying Day Guest benefits are not eligible for special events like Summer Nights.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations are accepted until one week prior to the scheduled event. After that, non-member tickets can be transferred to other non-members.

Food & Drinks

Are Outside food & drinks permitted?

Food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed in all areas except the Dickinson Family Education Conservatory and Conservatory Amphitheater. No glass, please! 

Will there be other on-site food options?

A bar will be available featuring a selection of craft beer, wine, non-alcoholic beverages, and light snacks.

Visitor Services

Can I bring my own chairs for concerts on the Lawn?

Guests are welcome to bring low back beach chairs and picnic blankets. If you have questions about ADA accommodation/accessibility, please contact our Visitor Services team at visitorservices@sdbgarden.org.

What are Summer Nights hours?

Summer Nights evening hours are 4 to 8 p.m. The last entry time is 6:45 p.m. to allow guests enough time to enjoy concerts and the Garden before close.
