This Valentine’s weekend, rest in sweet stillness in this restorative Heart in Harmony Sound Healing. Whether you come solo, with friends, or with a date, unwind and breathe in fresh energy amidst the thriving plant life of the Dickinson Family Education Conservatory. Let the gentle tones of crystal sound bowls guide you, immersing you in the expansive power of the heart.
With two session times available for the evening, the one-hour sound bath is led by San Diego–based master sound healer Jazmine Amelia, alongside nine seasoned practitioners from My Sound Bath Collective, her global network of certified sound healing and ceremony leaders.
Important Guest Information
Please bring your own yoga mat, pillows, and/or blankets for comfort and warmth. We suggest a pillow for under your knees, blankets as padding under your body/to cover your body, and a pillow for under your head.
Late admission is not allowed, in order to protect the integrity of this peaceful event. Please plan accordingly to arrive 15-30 minutes before the show begins.

All ticket sales are final February 8. Due to the likelihood of selling out, we recommend purchasing your ticket sooner than later. Your ticket supports the Garden’s science, conservation, and education programs.
