Harness the solstice’s energy for inner nourishment during this one-of-a-kind sound bath in the heart of our botanical paradise. Surrounded by a canopy of breathtaking hanging gardens, the sun will set while ethereal tones of crystal singing bowls and gongs guide you to a state of deep tranquility, where stresses melt away and inner harmony is restored.
Join an unforgettable evening guided by Jazmine Amelia, a San Diego-based master Sound Bath Practitioner and teacher/mentor, and the graduates of The Sound Bath Mastery School, a global collective of Sound Healers who have completed Jazmine Amelia’s in-depth training rooted in both ancient sound traditions and modern healing practices.
Important guest information:
- Please bring your own yoga mat, pillows, and/or blankets for comfort. We suggest a pillow for under your knees, blankets as padding under your body/to cover your body, and a pillow for under your head.
- Late admission is not allowed, in order to protect the integrity of this peaceful event. Please plan accordingly to arrive early between 7:00 p.m. – 7:15 p.m.
