Introduction to using the Bokashi method with traditional composting
Join composting experts as they guide you through the bokashi method (the word “bokashi” is a Japanese term for fermented organic matter) and the basics of traditional backyard composting. Using trial-tested advice and demonstrations, experienced educators from Solana Center for Environmental Innovation will teach you all you need to know about incorporating bokashi into your backyard compost pile.
You will learn:
• What bokashi is, how the process works, and the benefits
• What composting is, and why it is so important
• How to get started on your own backyard compost bin.
