June 25 – Gumbo Jazz Night with Billy Lee and the Gulf Coasters
Billy Lee and the Gulf Coasters are returning to the Garden to share upbeat music described as “gumbo jazz” and “vintage swing.” Longtime local favorites, Billy Lee and the Gulf Coasters have played for audiences around the world. Bring the whole family along for the fun – this “show band” is perfect for all ages to dance to!
July 2 – Honky Tonk Night with Brawley
Brawley is a modern California country band whose sound bridges past and present, pairing original songs with the timeless spirit of honky-tonk and classic country. Built on deep experience, strong songwriting, and a shared love of classic American roots music, this 10-time San Diego Music Award-nominated band delivers California country music with authenticity, heart, and lasting appeal.
Smooth harmony vocals and guitar from Nena Anderson and Adrian Demain are supported by David Berzansky’s expressive pedal steel guitar, while Jim Austin and Dale Daniel provide steady, dance-ready rhythms.

July 9 – Country Night with Miranda Ramos
Miranda Ramos brings high-energy country hits and crowd-favorite singalongs to the stage, delivering an upbeat, feel-good show that keeps audiences dancing from start to finish. With powerhouse vocals, a rock-infused edge, and a strong connection to the crowd, Miranda Ramos creates a lively concert experience perfect for a summer night under the stars. A two-time Best of San Diego winner and two-time San Diego Music Award nominee, the band is known for turning every performance into a party.
July 16 – Vintage Swing Night with Mercedes Moore
Winner of the 2024 San Diego Music Award for “Best Jazz Artist” and nine time SDMA nominee for “Best Blues Artist” Mercedes Moore brings a unique blend of ’50s/60’s Swingin’ Soul/Blues to the stage. With a background in Lindy Hop and Swing dancing her set list is designed to be up-beat and energetic with an emphasis on rhythms suitable for both partner dancing and freestyle solo fun. From Little Richard to Little Walter, from Etta James to James Brown!
July 23 – Surf Rock Night with The Surf Birdz
The Surf Birdz are a high-energy surf and classic rock cover band based in sunny San Diego. With over 250 shows under their belt, they are known for dynamic performances and crowd-pleasing set lists. All five members contribute vocals, allowing the group to masterfully cover complex arrangements. Their unique sound features everything from driving drums and edgy guitar to a distinctive flute. They perform regularly at diverse venues, including festivals, yacht clubs, and private events. From The Beach Boys to Jimi Hendrix, the band brings authenticity and variety to every stage.
July 30 – 70s/80s Night with Cool Rush
Cool Rush is a Southern California-based band specializing in high-energy covers of classic rock, pop, R&B, and blues. Active since 2015, Cool Rush distinguishes itself by performing entirely live without the use of pre-recorded tracks, ensuring an authentic musical experience. Led by a powerhouse female vocalist and a dedicated team of seasoned musicians, their curated setlist focuses on diverse hits that span from the 1960s to the 2000s. With a reputation for precision and a “groove” that fills dance floors, they bring a polished, high-caliber show to every stage.
August 6 – Folk Night with Yamaokas & Company
Yamaokas & Company is a trio featuring Korrie Yamaoka, Jason Yamaoka, and Davy Rockett, weaving together indie, folk, and jazz influences into a sound that is both intimate and richly textured. Their performances balance heartfelt originals with fresh, imaginative takes on familiar songs, creating an inviting atmosphere that draws listeners in. Inspired by the emotional storytelling of Norah Jones, the artistry of Regina Spektor, the theatrical depth of Rufus Wainwright, and the dynamic edge of Muse, their music blends warmth, nuance, and memorable melody.
