San Diego Botanic Garden is participating in the 2025 City Nature Challenge, an international effort for people to find and document plants and wildlife in cities across the globe! Join us on Saturday, April 26 at 8:30 a.m. for a Bird Walk throughout the Garden. During this walk, we will look for bird species, take photos and record their sounds, and share our observations through iNaturalist – an online network for sharing biodiversity information to help each other learn about nature.
Please note: Participants should prepare for this event by downloading the iNaturalist application to their smartphones and setting up an account before arriving at the Garden. Wi-Fi speeds can be slow at the Garden. If possible, practice recording and submitting your observations beforehand. You can download iNaturalist from the website at www.inaturalist.org or via the App Store on your device.
