Save the date! Santa is making a special stop at San Diego Botanic Garden on Saturday, December 9! Create your own fun crafts and festive gifts in Santa’s Nature Workshop. Bring the whole family to decorate a snowflake ornament, create a winter-inspired holiday card, and build a mobile from natural and upcycled materials. But that’s not all! You’ll also have the chance to learn more about the spices and plants of the season and take home your own holiday plant. ‘Tis the season to celebrate with friends and family at San Diego Botanic Garden!
December 9 Main Event Schedule, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.:
- Activities in Hamilton Children’s Garden
- Included with Garden admission
- Santa Meet and Greet, in the Dickinson Family Education Conservatory
- Requires additional ticketing: SDBG Members $3, non-members $4, free for children under 3
The Dickinson Family Education Conservatory will be decorated with poinsettias, creating the perfect backdrop from the end of November into December. Be sure plan your visit and see create your own memories throughout the entire month!
Reservations are required for all guests entering the Dickinson Family Education Conservatory for the Santa Meet & Greet. Please select a Santa Meet & Greet time that occurs after your Garden entry time to allow time to enter the Garden and enter the Santa Meet & Greet. Plan on arriving early to be in line for the Santa Meet & Greet at the start of your selected reservation time. Santa will see everyone as quickly as possible, but some wait time is to be expected.
Please continue to “View Your Cart” without adding the Santa Meet & Greet if you wish to visit the Garden or Santa’s Nature Workshop (which is included with Garden Admission) without meeting Santa.
