Simple steps to ACTIVATE your account
- Go to the Log In To Your Account page and click on Forgot Your Password?
- Link not working? Copy and paste this link directly into your browser search bar: https://tickets.sdbg.org/account/login
- Enter your account email
- Click “Submit”
- You‘ll receive an email confirmation from visitorservices@sdbgarden.org
- Open the email titled “Password Reset Request” and click “Reset Password”
- Enter a new password
- Click “Save Changes”
- You will be automatically logged into your account. You will see your email address in the upper left corner once you have successfully logged in
You can now log into your Member account!
