New Member Log In: Step-By-Step Instructions

San Diego Botanic Garden is in the process of implementing a new Ticketing and Membership system to improve guest experience. All current and new Members will need to create a new account in the system to access benefits. Setting up an account is quick and easy – please find step-by-step instructions below!

Log In/Renew

Simple steps to ACTIVATE your account 

  1. Go to the Log In To Your Account page and click on Forgot Your Password? 
  2. Link not working? Copy and paste this link directly into your browser search bar: https://tickets.sdbg.org/account/login 
  3. Enter your account email 
  4. Click “Submit”
  5. You‘ll receive an email confirmation from visitorservices@sdbgarden.org 
  6. Open the email titled “Password Reset Request” and click “Reset Password”
  7. Enter a new password 
  8. Click “Save Changes”
  9. You will be automatically logged into your account. You will see your email address in the upper left corner once you have successfully logged in

You can now log into your Member account!

Additional recommended steps:

  1. Use the green drop-down in the top left-hand corner to select “Update your account”.
  2. Review your account information and update it if necessary. Click “Save Changes” and you are all set!
