Saturday May 18, 1:30 – 3:00 p.m.

Find out what orchids are easy to grow outdoors and how to maintain them throughout the year. Alex Nadzan, co-president of the Palomar Orchid Society and active member of the San Diego County Orchid Society, will share how he grows his many orchids in the Oceanside area and give you tips on what types of orchids do well in this area and how to make them thrive.  The orchids of interest include Cattleya, Cymbidium, Dendrobium and several others. Alex has over 30 years of experience in growing and hybridizing orchids. He will try to answer any of your orchid-related questions, so bring them to the session, learn and enjoy!
