Breathe in fresh air while being surrounded by lush gardens. Immerse your senses in the sights, smells, and sounds of nature. Leave restored and rejuvenated after gently moving your body. Bring your own mat. The class is outside with limited shade, so please also bring a towel or padding and sunscreen.
Class format: In-person, outdoors
Cost: Members $10, non-members $24.
