Interested in making healthy changes but confused about where to start? Everyday Detox with Yoga and Nutrition will teach you the fundamentals of supporting your body’s natural detoxification processes for more energy, better sleep, improved cognitive function, and so much more. You’ll learn what to eat, how to eat it, and other practices to gently cleanse. You’ll also learn what you DON’T need to do to be your healthiest. This class includes a short yoga practice, so come in comfy clothes. Learn more about your guide at JennaMillerYoga.com. Please bring your own mat and wear comfortable clothes that allow movement. The class is outside with limited shade, so please also bring a towel or padding for comfortable sitting and sunscreen.

 

Cost: Members  $30, non-members $36. Class fees include Garden admission.
